2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or place any wager on mwin66. This is a strict minimum age requirement. mwin66 implements age verification at registration and at the point of first withdrawal. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, and all funds in the account will be forfeited in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering requirements.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. mwin66's primary target market is Indonesia. Players are responsible for independently verifying that accessing and using online gambling services complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction of residence. By registering, you represent and warrant that your use of mwin66 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are not subject to any legal disability or restriction that would prevent you from forming a valid contract.
2.4 Problem Gambling Exclusion. You must not be self-excluded from gambling through mwin66 or any other platform with which mwin66 has a self-exclusion agreement. If you become aware that you are self-excluded, you must not attempt to register or use the platform and must contact support immediately.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on mwin66. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes. mwin66 reserves the right to request documentary evidence supporting the information you have provided at any time.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party. mwin66 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials.
3.4 Account Ownership. Your mwin66 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Accounts are non-transferable in all circumstances.
3.5 Notification of Unauthorized Access. You must notify mwin66 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of account security by contacting support at [email protected].
4.1 Mandatory Verification. mwin66 is required to verify the identity and age of all players prior to processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification may also be triggered for deposits above certain thresholds or where mwin66 has reason to conduct enhanced due diligence.
4.2 Required Documents. To complete KYC verification, you will be required to provide at minimum:

4.4 Withdrawal Holds. Withdrawals requested by unverified accounts will be placed on hold until KYC is satisfactorily completed. No interest or compensation will accrue on held withdrawal amounts.
4.5 Right to Refuse. mwin66 reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any account where KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, or where submitted documents are found to be fraudulent, altered, or inconsistent with account information.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. mwin66 accepts deposits via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via local Indonesian bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to your mwin66 account balance within minutes of confirmed receipt. mwin66 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or scheduled maintenance periods.
5.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that you own outright. Deposits sourced from third-party accounts, credit facilities, or borrowed funds are prohibited. mwin66 reserves the right to investigate the source of funds deposited to any account.
5.5 Deposit Fees. mwin66 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.
5.6 Failed Deposits. If a deposit is debited from your bank or e-wallet but does not appear in your mwin66 account balance within thirty (30) minutes, contact support with the transaction reference number. Do not initiate a second deposit before resolving the discrepancy.
6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. mwin66 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
6.3 Processing Time. mwin66 targets a withdrawal processing time of twelve (12) minutes on average for transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri during normal operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB, Western Indonesia Time / UTC+7). E-wallet withdrawals to OVO, DANA, and GoPay are typically processed within ten (10) minutes. Processing times may be extended during public holidays (including Idul Fitri / Lebaran, Idul Adha, and Indonesian Independence Day), banking maintenance windows, and periods of elevated withdrawal volume.
6.4 KYC Prior to Withdrawal. As stated in Section 4, all accounts must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. Submitting a withdrawal request before completing KYC will result in the request being held pending verification.
6.5 Bonus Balance Restrictions. Bonus balance funds are not directly withdrawable. Bonus balance must be converted to real money balance by satisfying the applicable wagering requirement before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 7 for full bonus terms.
6.6 Withdrawal Fees. mwin66 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Expedited processing requests and certain high-value transactions may attract administrative charges, which will be disclosed to the player before confirmation.
6.7 Right to Delay. mwin66 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal request pending security review, fraud investigation, or KYC completion. Players will be notified of any hold placed on their withdrawal request and provided with an estimated resolution timeline.
7.1 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible registered players as specified in the individual offer terms. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to residents of Indonesia aged 21 or above who have completed KYC verification.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to any bonus will be clearly disclosed in the promotional offer documentation. For example, a bonus carrying a 10x wagering requirement on a Rp 100.000 bonus amount requires the player to place total wagers of Rp 1.000.000 before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
7.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Contribution rates by game category are as follows (indicative; refer to individual offer terms for definitive rates):
7.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not activated within seven (7) days of being credited to your account, and wagering requirements that are not completed within thirty (30) days of bonus activation, will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
7.5 Bonus Abuse. mwin66 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk or hedged wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms; collusion between players; use of automated betting software; and artificially inflating wager count through self-opposing bets. mwin66 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to close accounts where abuse is detected.
7.6 Opt-Out Right. You may choose to decline any bonus at the point of offer. You may also request removal of an active bonus from your account by contacting support, subject to the condition that any wagering already completed toward the bonus requirement will be forfeited along with the bonus itself.
7.7 Seasonal and Event Promotions. mwin66 runs promotional campaigns timed to Indonesian cultural events including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Chinese New Year (Imlek), and major sporting events such as the AFF Cup, BRI Liga 1 season opener, and FIFA World Cup. Specific terms for these campaigns are published in the respective promotional pages and supersede the general bonus terms in Section 7 where they conflict.
8.1 General Rules. All bets and wagers placed on mwin66 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters of game outcome determination, and these Terms shall prevail for all account, payment, and conduct matters.
8.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is only considered accepted when mwin66's system has confirmed it and a bet reference number has been generated. mwin66 reserves the right to refuse or void any bet placed in error, at odds that were published incorrectly due to a technical fault, or where the outcome is already known at the time of bet placement.
8.3 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets — including bandar bola (traditional Indonesian soccer betting format), mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bets), and standard single and double-chance markets — are subject to the mwin66 Sports Rules document published on the platform. All football results are determined by the final whistle of regular time unless otherwise specified. Markets on Timnas Indonesia and BRI Liga 1 fixtures follow the same rules as all other football markets.
8.4 Live In-Play Betting. Live betting odds are subject to change, suspension, or withdrawal at any time. mwin66 will not be liable for bets that could not be placed during a live betting suspension. All live bets are subject to acceptance confirmation prior to being treated as placed.
8.5 Casino and Slot Games. All casino and slot games offered on mwin66 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on mwin66 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

10.2 Limited License. mwin66 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from any platform content.
10.3 Prohibited Use. You may not scrape, index, frame, or mirror any portion of the mwin66 platform. You may not use mwin66's trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any context without prior written consent from mwin66.
11.1 The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by mwin66 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.
11.2 mwin66 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, address, contact details, financial information, and gaming history for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement.
11.3 mwin66 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (payment processors, identity verification agencies, licensed game studios) solely to the extent necessary for service delivery.
12.1 mwin66 provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While we invest substantially in uptime, performance, and security infrastructure, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or free of interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mwin66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to system downtime; loss of data; unauthorized account access caused by your failure to secure your credentials; or losses resulting from your reliance on incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error (where such bets are subsequently voided).
12.3 mwin66's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the value of the player's real money account balance at the time the claim arises.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes mwin66's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
13.1 Voluntary Closure. You may close your mwin66 account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, any remaining real money balance (net of any applicable bonus balance) will be returned to your verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
13.2 Termination by mwin66. mwin66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
13.3 Inactive Account Fees. Accounts that remain inactive (no login or transaction) for twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rp 50.000 per month, applied to the real money balance. Players will be notified by email thirty (30) days before inactivity fees commence. Fees will not reduce a balance below zero.
13.4 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your license to use the platform ceases immediately. Sections 9, 10, 12, and 14 of these Terms survive termination.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mwin66 holds its international operating license. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence.
14.2 Dispute Resolution Procedure. In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from your use of mwin66, you must first contact our customer support team at [email protected] and allow a minimum of five (5) business days for the matter to be reviewed and responded to at first instance.
14.3 Escalation. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our support team, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by mwin66's licensing authority. Details of the applicable escalation process will be provided to you upon request.
14.4 Binding Arbitration. Where escalation does not resolve the dispute, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under the procedural rules of the applicable licensing authority's arbitration mechanism. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
15.1 mwin66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file and/or by a prominent notice displayed on the platform for a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.
15.2 Your continued use of the mwin66 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account in accordance with Section 13.1 before the effective date.
